Updated "Introduction to the MSS" explains new import, export commands

T he SCD UserDoc "Introduction to NCAR's Mass Storage System" has been updated. The revised document contains information on the new msimp and msexp commmands, which replaced the msimport and msexport commands on February 1, 1999.
