Effective Monday January 5, 1998 output from all NCAR Mass Storage System (MSS) import and
export requests is returned via e-mail to the SCD login ID submitting
the request.
A copy of the output is written to an MSS file
placed in the directory /your-root-directory/RJE. The exact MSS file
name is indicated in the e-mail.
Formerly, these outputs were returned to the SCD login ID RJE directory
via MASnet. E-mail is a more reliable method of returning these outputs
and positions the MSS to decommission its MASnet connection in the future.
