New CRAY J90 is on the way
By April 1998, SCD will acquire a 24-processor CRAY J90se vector computer dedicated to university and NCAR scientists.
The 64-processor Hewlett-Packard Exemplar SPP 2000 computer (sioux) is also now available to community users who have codes that can make good use of highly parallel distributed memory systems. There are no GAU charges for sioux. |
