IDL graphics package The IDL graphics package from Research Systems is now available on winterpark, the SGI Power Challenge XL. IDL is a complete computing environment for the interactive analysis and visualization of data; it integrates a powerful, array-oriented language with numerous mathematical analysis and graphical display techniques. For more information about IDL, including available documentation and a tutorial, type man idl. NAG Fortran Library Mark 17 The non-shared Numerical Algorithms Group (NAG) library (libnag.a) is also available on winterpark.
