The Y-MP8/864 (shavano) was shut down at 12:08 Tuesday, 3 September, when reoccurrences of last week's problems were observed. After thorough testing, shavano was returned to production at 12:20 Wednesday, 4 September.As was the case last week, all jobs that had started execution on shavano were deleted prior to resuming production, since evidence showed that this failure began reoccurring as early as approximately 08:45 Tuesday, 3 September. Users should carefully examine their output for jobs that were running on Tuesday, 3 September.
