MSS user document updated

Many of the commands used on the Mass Storage System (MSS) changed in November 1996. This document was updated to cover the most commonly used MSS commands and their most commonly used options. It provides many examples of using the MSS commands.

It includes descriptions of the major MSS components, how data migration works, file-naming conventions, passwords, wildcard characters, file retention and purging, status reports, and much more.
