Updated: "Charges for SCD Computing Resources" document

Changes in the new version, dated November 1996, include:
• New standby inactive queue (sb_i) for NCAR divisional users
• New GAU rate for 1-800 Connect Account use, including PPP

This document provides the formulas to compute General Accounting Unit (GAU) charges for using the computing resources in SCD. It covers charges for the CRAY Y-MP8/864 computer (shavano), the CRAY J916 (paiute), the IBM RS/6000, the Mass Storage System (MSS), the Text and Graphics System (TAGS), and the 1-800-Connect Account.
