Here is how to link local mathematics libraries with f90 or f77 on SCD's
compute-servers. We use libraries SPHEREPACK and MUDPACK for illustration.
(The "64" in lib64 refers to addressable memory.) f90 compilation is
recommended over f77, because vendor development is biased towards f90.
