A centralized file server provides access to multi-terabyte storage over a 100-Mbps network, providing users with home directories and enabling workgroups to share files.

Data backup and recovery services ensure that users do not lose valuable data.

Security updates and patches are applied promptly for Windows systems using Software Update Services (SUS). The updates and patches are distributed over the network at night, and are installed and activated the next time the user logs on.

Virus protection is provided for both desktops and email relay servers.

Software and licenses are tracked by a central authority to ensure that all systems are in compliance with vendor agreements.
