Telnet, rsh disabled on meeker, huron, niwot

On 5 April 2004, telnet and rsh were disabled on the following SCD systems:

• meeker.ucar.edu
• huron.ucar.edu
• niwot.ucar.edu

You must now use a secure method, such as ssh/scp, to access these systems.
