New version of netCDF operators available for testing

A new version of the netCDF operators (NCO) have been built on the IBMs (dave, blackforest, bluesky, and babyblue). These operators were built with large file support. We would like users to test these operators before we make them the default.

To test them now, please add

/usr/local/apps/nco-2.7.1/bin

to your search path before

/contrib/bin

and

/usr/local/bin
