FDDI interface deactivated

References to old IP addresses should be removed

The FDDI interfaces on the MASnet/Internet Gateway Server (MIGS) and phoenix were deactivated on 5 Feb. 2001. This means the interfaces for MIGS at 128.117.7.7 and 128.117.3.7 and the interfaces for phoenix at 128.117.7.31 and 128.117.3.11 no longer exist. All references to these in /etc/hosts, DNS configurations, or authmgrs configurations should be removed.

The address for MIGS for all but the supercomputers is 128.117.64.7 (already active, soon to be upgraded 100baseT) and phoenix is 128.117.64.11 .
