1. Access the NETS Fixed Asset System

• Log in to ExtraView
• Change your Role to Asset-Read
• Change your Business Area and App. Type to Asset Mgt.

2. Running Reports

• Click on the QUERY button at the top of the page
• Scroll down to the Saved Reports section at the bottom
• If needed, expand the Public Reports directory by clicking in the plus sign.
• Click on the name of one of the NETS Asset reports.

3. Find a Specific Asset:

• Click on the QUERY button at the top of the page
• Confirm that you have set the Condensed Query Filters and Standard Query Screen buttons.
• Type or select from the query filters listed below.
  • An astrisk "*" can be used as a wild card.
  • It may be helpful to limit your search to the NETS Deployed assets by selecting Deployed from the Status field and NETS from the Asset Owner field.

4. Updating Data in the NETS Fixed Asset System

• Only the NETS DPA has access to update information in the NETS Fixed Asset System. Contact Susan Guastella if you need to have data updated.

5. Returning to the NETS Help Desk

• Change your Business Area and App. Type back to Help Desk and NETS Help Desk.
• Change your Role back to NETS.
