To track down a phone, start Netscape on cworks, log in to
CiscoWorks, start
Campus Manager->User Tracking, then
Query->Simple Query, click the
Phone Table tab, click one of the rows to
turn it on, set the Column to
PhoneNumber, set the Pattern to
the phone number you want, then click Apply.
Use a similar approach to track down a user or office.
