I don't mind telling you that you've pretty well shot what little ego I had completely full of holes. The command you need is mswrite There is a man page, but basically mswrite -t367 local_fn /SIEMSEN/path_name mswrite is not available on your workstation but is from niwot. Several things to remember: 1) the maximum files size on the MSS is 400,000,000 (not 400Mbytes) 2) wild cards are not recognized (will be in the near future) It's usually easier to tar up a complete directory and write that than to mswrite each file individually.
