This chapter provides some guidelines about how to provide effective problem reports. The more information you can provide initially, the easier it will be to find and fix any problems.

Where to Report Problems

You can report problems to CISL Customer Support (see CISL Customer Support web site for contact methods) or by calling 303-497-1278. Using the web site will make it easier to get the information accurately to the MSS administrators.
