We have requested a block of rooms at the Millennium Hotel in Boulder at a rate of $92/night (plus tax of approximately 10.25%). The room rate includes a continental breakfast. Buses will be provided by NCAR for transportation to and from the conference site (UCAR's Center Green campus.)
The room block will be held until June 22, 2006. Thereafter, additional reservations for group guests for the meeting dates will be accepted on a space-available and rate-available basis at the meeting rates. Room rates apply three days before through three days after the meeting dates. Rooms book quickly in the summer, so make your reservations early.

All rooms with a view have High Speed Internet (south and west wings). All rooms in the Main Tower also have High Speed Internet. Both charge $9.95/day extra. The Club Room has FREE High Speed Internet. Wireless is only in the lobby, restaurant and the cigar bar and is FREE.
Many of our visitors have stayed at the Millennium Harvest House under it's former name, the Regal Harvest House. The Millennium has recently undergone a major renovation, improving the quality of many of it's rooms and common areas. The Millennium is located alongside Boulder Creek and Boulder Creek Path, providing a relaxing area to walk or bike. Some of the features you will find there are: a lounge with pool tables, the Thyme on the Creek Restaurant, the Time After Thyme cigar bar, 15 tennis courts, a Pro shop, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, bicycle and roller blade rentals, a basketball court, an ATM, and airport shuttle service.

Denver is home to the beautiful Denver International Airport, an expansive and streamlined facility completed in 1995. This airport handles more than 30 million visitors a year and is a destination for numerous airlines, including Air Canada, Alaska, American, British Airways, Continental, Delta, Frontier, JetBlue, Lufthansa, Northwest, and United.
NCAR facilities are about 40 miles from DIA, a drive of less than an hour using the newly completed E-470 tollway.
A variety of transportation services to and from Denver International Airport are available for all your ground transportation needs. Options include public transit, scheduled door-to-door shuttle van service, charter buses, limousines, rental cars, taxicabs, hotel courtesy shuttles and wheelchair services. When you arrive at Denver International Airport (DIA):
The SuperShuttle goes back and forth between Boulder hotels and Denver International Airport all day. The SuperShuttle will drop you off at any Boulder hotel. For pickup from your hotel and transport to DIA, most locations will require a reservation. The Millennium is one exception; it is a regular stop in both directions. For more information, call 303-227-0000. The SuperShuttle desk is located on Baggage Claim Level 5 in DIA.
