Once you've set up your CDE environment for Citrix, opne the Application
Manager. You should see an icon labelled Citrix_uis_userapps:
Double-click on the Citrix_uis_userapps icon, to bring up a window with
all the file types currently associated with Microsoft applications: 
Double clicking on files of these types will now spawn a connection
to the Citrix server, and open the appropriate application for that document.
Closing the application will close the session to the server as well.

Campbell, or use the Create Icon utilitiy.
