As a technical support specialist and group leader, I am interested in all facets represented at CUG. The effectiveness and satisfaction of our user community depends on up-to-date and correct information that is not always available from documentation or support staff. Technical details on existing and future products provided by Silicon Graphics/Cray Research experts and experiences shared by conference attendees are invaluable and provide insight and direction.
This year, the Ohio Supercomputer Center is considering two new product lines. The information gathered at this CUG will be used to enrich the decision process. The knowledge gained will be disseminated to center staff and transferred to our user community.
