SPHEREPACK licensing and ordering
You can order the SPHEREPACK software from this page. You must read
and agree with the SPHEREPACK license agreement, then complete all of
the fields in this online form. When you click "I agree. Send me the
software.", you will gain access to a UNIX tarfile that contains all
of the routines and files needed to run SPHEREPACK on your local
computer system.
