SPHEREPACK 3.0 - A Model Development Facility: SPHEREPACK 3.0 is a collection of FORTRAN programs that facilitates computer modeling of geophysical processes. The package contains programs for computing certain common differential operators including divergence, vorticity, gradients, and the Laplacian of both scalar and vector functions.

MUDPACK - Multigrid Software for Elliptic Partial Differential Equations: MUDPACK is a collection of vectorized portable Fortran 77/90 subprograms which efficiently solve linear elliptic Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) using multigrid iteration. OpenMP directives are used in the latest version to enable shared memory parallelism.

FISHPACK - Efficient FORTRAN Subprograms for the Solution of Separable Elliptic Partial Differential Equations. FISHPACK is a collection of FORTRAN subprograms that use cyclic reduction to directly solve second- and fourth-order finite difference approximations to separable elliptic Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) in a variety of forms.

FISHPACK90 - Efficient FORTRAN Subprograms for the Solution of Separable Elliptic Partial Differential Equations. FISHPACK90 is a collection of FORTRAN subprograms that perform the same tasks as FISHPACK (above). The FISHPACK90 code has been converted to comply with the FORTRAN90 standard as much as possible.

FFTPACK5 - FFTPACK is a Fortran subroutine library of Fast Fourier Transforms. This release of FFTPACK includes single and multiple instance complex-to-complex and real-to-real transforms, two-dimensional complex-to-complex and real-to-complex transforms, and a collection of sine and cosine transforms.

ReSET

Multio - Multio is a program for measuring the data transfer performance of file systems. It measures aggregate data transfer rates when multiple processes write to or read from one or more file systems concurrently and uses MPI to coordinate the multiple processes. (Developed by HSS)

Metarates - Metarates is a program for measuring the rate at which metadata transactions can be performed on a file system. It measures aggregate transaction rates when multiple processes read or write metadata concurrently and uses MPI to coordinate the multiple processes. (Developed by HSS)
